High Protein BLT Pasta Salad










I make this every year and everyone comes up to me and tells me how good it is. I obviously hate the attention 🤪

Recipe:


  • 1 Box of Carbe Diem High Fiber Elbow Macaroni. Cook and drain and put in your mixing bowl.


    Mix in:


  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise,


  • 3 teaspoons of onion powder


  • 2 teaspoons of paprika


  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • 1 cup of sliced cherry tomatoes


  • 2 cups of baby spinach (I do a couple of handfuls)


  • 6 strips of turkey bacon


  • 4-6 oz. of chicken breasts cut into cubes. I had some leftover so I added it in. Totally optional!



Chill it at least for a few hours. Always better the next day! Enjoy!
