Shipping policy

When I designed this store, I wanted to make sure our customers have the easiest and most enjoying able shopping experience.Our goal is to ensure your purchase is delivered within a reasonable timeframe; however, there may be some delays due to current circumstances.
 

Home and Table Items:
 

Please keep in mind that artisan goods and Home and Table items are shipped from overseas and are subject to shipping delays. At this time, we can only offer standard shipping on these items. 

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please allow for potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Apparel items:

For apparel items, please allow 1-2 days for processing. You will receive another notification with tracking details once an order has shipped. At this time, all Apparel items are printed in the U.S. and should arrive within 7-10 business days. Currently, we are only able to offer standard shipping on these items. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Apparel: We offer $6.00 flat rate shipping to the US. 

Accessories: We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping to the US.  
We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping to any order over $50 USD.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping to Mexico and Canada for any order over $75 USD.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Mexico and Canada. At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Desert Honey Project is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received tracking information within 2-3 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at lizwescott@deserthoneyproject.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. On a case-by-case basis, we will let you know if your order is able to be shipped to a P.O. box.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please refer to our  return policy page.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lizwescott@deserthoneyproject.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
